We called 3 companies, got 3 quotes.Christian the Representative for Rideline came out to give us his estimate. Ridgeline was the 3rd and final estimate, it was also the highest, around $1,500 higher then the lowest estimate.Christian was very informative about the different products and overall, what to expect from start to finish.Explaining the permit process, and the tear off and installation process.They offered a 25 yr. workmanship warranty, that we thought was unmatched any where elese.Everything went as planned, they finished the roof on schedule, but I was not particularly happy with a certain section in the back of the home where the house roof, transitioned into our flat roof.I questioned Christian about it, he came over that night, took some pictures, did a little investigation, and said he will get back with us, with an answer.They had a meeting to discuss what can be done. Contacted us.Came back out a couple days later with a full crew to make sure that situation would be resolved that day.After going through the repair process, it turned out that it wasn't Ridgeline's fault, it was an issue from the previous roofing company.Christian went ahead and supported the roof in that area, fixing what somebody else had messed up. Making the roof deck supported, and the singles laying perfectly flat.They will stick by there word, my roof looks awsome!!! And I won't have to worry about it for at least another25 yrs.

From start to finish, their team met our expectations.We had good communication with the project manager, Leo Maia, who provided a detailed, transparent, and accurate estimate while answering all our questions. The project manager kept us informed every step of the way.The crew showed professionalism and maintained a clean worksite. They used high-quality GAF Timberline UHDZ architectural shingles, which came with a solid warranty. The work was completed on schedule, and all debris was thoroughly removed.A final inspection and walkthrough were conducted to ensure good quality.Ridgeline Construction proved to be reliable, skilled, and committed to delivering excellent service, transparency, and craftsmanship.Recommended for their quality and professionalism!
