FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price based on the scope of work, roof size, material type, and condition of the existing system. We don't charge for inspections or estimates, and we don't do bait-and-switch pricing. What we quote is what you pay. We also work directly with insurance companies on storm damage claims, which in many cases means all you're responsible for is your deductible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a free roof inspection. We get up there, assess the condition, document everything, and give you a straight answer on what your roof actually needs. From there we provide a detailed written estimate. Once you approve, we handle material ordering, permitting, and scheduling. Most residential reroofs are completed in one to two days. We do a final walkthrough with you before we consider the job done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Florida Certified Roofing Contractor license, license number CCC1337615, issued by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. This requires passing a state licensing exam covering roofing systems, Florida Building Code, and business and finance. I carry full general liability insurance and stay current on Florida roofing code requirements. Family ran business with a combined 50+ years of experience.
