I ran into an issue with the wiring trying to swap from a traditional thermostat to a new smart one and decided to give him a call. He arrived within the hour and was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem. He was able to get the proper wiring from the HVAC to the thermostat and even walked me through the setup. Would gladly use again for HVAC services in the future.

Jacob is a true professional and expert in his field. During his initial visit to install a Nest thermostat in my recently purchased home, he uncovered a number of issues that the seller had superficially tried to correct. Wrong thermostat wiring and rigging, no heating strips (!), a faulty water pump and AC unit install not up to code. All throughout the repairs, he offered friendly, helpful advice while delivering high quality work. He was definitely a lifesaver and my only AC expert in the future!

I scheduled an appointment with Happy Wife through Thumbtack. I was pleasantly surprised that I could get a same day appointment. I initially just wanted to have an Ecobee thermostat installed. I knew I needed an extra electrical wire run to install it correctly. Brian and Damion were able to quickly and accurately access the issue with the wire. While doing this, they did a through inspection of my A/C unit and air handler. We discovered bacteria when inspecting the air handler. I saw it with my own two eyes! Yuk! They thoroughly cleaned everything in addition to running the wire and hooking up my new Wi-Fi thermostat.
They were honest and worked very efficiently. I was so happy with their work, I had them install a UV light in the air handler which should help eliminate the bacteria, and I signed up for their maintenance plan to keep my AC running efficiently! All the work they did, including the maintenance plan was very reasonably priced too!
