I found Mr. Hatami online and he actually took the time to fully inspect my unit and found that it was a bad sensor and valve that needed to be replaced. The cost to replace those was much less than replacing the entire unit. My unit has been working properly ever since his repai. I’m grateful to have found a true and honest technician that is not just trying to sell me a new HVAC unit, which is hard to find these days. Mr. Hatami is also certified and explained the issue and system very well (in a simple way I could understand the technicalities)."

Did return the thermostats when I called him back, but because there wasn't a photo of the original wiring documented, I was unable to get the old thermostats working. Ending up paying the "after hours/ emergency rate" to an HVAC professional to get my AC working again.
