Blake and Jacob were a joy to work with and went above and beyond. They put in a new hot water heater, a garbage disposal, replaced two faucets, cut in an access panel for the guest shower and replaced that fixture too. I will definitely work with them again!

The owner showed up quickly to diagnose a water softener issue. Isotope was the only company that was available to come out on short notice on a Saturday. He provided some options to resolve the issue. Even volunteered his time to help with a separate issue with the kitchen faucet issue.He offered top notch service and explained everything thoroughly. I will use this company for any plumbing issues moving forward.

We had a great experience with Isotope from start to finish. We were replacing an older water softener and had a lot of questions while comparing different systems and companies. Blake was extremely patient and responsive throughout the process. If he didnt immediately have an answer to one of my more technical questions, he took the time to check with his supplier and get the information for me rather than just giving me a generic answer.They were also very easy to work with on pricing and financing and helped us find an option that worked well for us. Communication was excellent, they showed up when they said they would on the scheduled installation date, and everything was installed quickly and professionally. They even relocated our main water shutoff to a much more convenient location inside the garage, which we really appreciated.I also like that their maintenance plan is reasonably priced and gives us someone local we can continue working with for our plumbing and water system rather than this just being a one-time installation.Overall, we felt like they genuinely wanted to earn our business and make sure we were comfortable with what we were buying rather than just trying to sell us equipment. Were very happy with the new system and would definitely recommend Isotope.
