I originally hired them for two jobs: fixing a dining room light that unexpectedly fell from the ceiling and moving a refrigerator from my garage into my kitchen. Both jobs turned out to be much more complicated than expected, and they handled everything professionally. When they looked at the dining room light, they discovered that there had been an electrical fire. They showed me the melted plastic and explained what had happened. They safely removed the damaged fixture, repaired the ceiling, and made sure everything was secure. They even went to Home Depot to get the materials needed to finish the repair properly. I really appreciated that they took the time to do the job right and make sure everything was safe. The refrigerator move was not as simple as it sounded either. To get it into the kitchen, they had to remove a door and then reinstall it afterward. Once the refrigerator was in place, we discovered that the handles had been damaged by a previous moving company. I honestly thought they were beyond repair. Alex spent a long time working on them and somehow managed to fix all three handles. I was genuinely impressed. What stood out most was that they never looked for the quickest solution. They took the time to solve problems, explain what they found, and make sure everything was done correctly. It is hard to find people who care that much about the quality of their work. Their prices are reasonable, their workmanship is excellent, and their customer service is outstanding. I have definitely found my new go-to handyman service and will be calling them again when I get my new dining room light fixture installed. I initially hired him to assemble a 5 piece patio set for me, and then while he was here, I asked him about two other issues, a broken sliding shower door in my guest bathroom and then the replacement of some base boards in my master bathroom that had to be removed months ago to fix a leak. He took care of everything immediately. He reinstalled the base boards, had his own caulking, and did that, and then, with the trim paint I had left over in my garage, repainted them. My bathroom looks brand new. He did all of my projects in just slightly over 2 hours and then his price was amazing. I was so blown away that I paid him $50 more than what he asked for. Just Wow!
