I love my classes with Sarah. Her practice is gentle yet develops flexibility and strength. The space and music she has chosen adds a relaxing and spiritual quality to the practice. She also is mindful of all the small adjustments our bodies must make to get the most out of each pose.

Sara Daugherty, has a thorough knowledge of yoga movements and poses. Teacher Sara presents yoga movements and poses in her classes in an excellent way. Sara is also great with explaining any yoga questions. I've been studying yoga for about 3 months, a new yogi for bodily health. FAQs

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take workshops, read all the latest books on anatomy and yoga. I have taken college courses Anatomy and Physiology 1 and 2 as well as my 200 hour certificate.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was injured and needed to heal. I started getting deeper into the more spiritual and mental practice after my mother past when I was 20. I cannot imagine how I would have handled everything without my yoga. I worked through my grief and learned a lot about myself.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I have wrote a personalized sequence for a long time student of mine to do when she moves away to Boston. She unfortunately doesn't like any of the teachers or studios where she is relocating so I am helping her develop her home practice.
