- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are $100 per hour for the Basic Party Package balloon twisting, $130 per hour for the Deluxe Party Package balloon twisting. Balloon columns range from $75 to $175. Balloon arches range from $200 to $350. Balloon backdrops/walls range from $300 to $500. Balloon centerpieces range from $15 to $165. Balloon Deliveries range from $20 to $75. Balloon drops range from $80 t0 $300. Life size balloon sculptures usually hover around $300.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a client responds to my quote we discuss their vision for their party. I answer questions and give them a detailed understanding of exactly what to expect. I make sure they get any samples or examples they need and then make sure they get everything in writing so they know there are no surprises. They place a $50 deposit and sit back and relax.

I stay up on the latest trends in kids entertainment and balloon twisting techniques.
