This client was enjoying the treatment so he opted to extend the treatment time by 30 minutes, hence the additional charge which he requested. I offered him change for $100, which he refused and told me to keep as a tip, thanking me. The truth he is retailiating with a negative review because he sent me a sexually explicit text message after the massage. I responded professionally and courteously, declining his requests and offers. As far as talking too much? I could write a book about all the things this client shared about himself and his personal life, as he is very successful in the world, a multimillionaire, etc., and loves talking about himself. I listened with compassion and gently pointed him back to his breath and relaxing. He clearly felt the need to vent about his personal unhappiness despite his financial success. I listened and trusted that was what he needed most to be able to reduce his stress. I will submit screenshots of the explicit texts if needed for clarity.

It might be one of the best deep tissue massages I've gotten. She knew exactly where the problems were. Wasn't affraid of getting in deep to where it was too deep and also knew when it was time to stop so I didnt get injured. Highly recommend. I actually recommended her to the chiropractor that told me to go get a deep tussue massage.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been interested in the healing arts. My love for massage and bodywork came first. Next I became a yoga teacher after my personal practice helped me so much. This lead to the study of meditation, metaphysics and spiritual counseling. Finally I became an ordained minister to be able to facilitate rites of passage such as mother and baby blessings, weddings, and celebration of life ceremonies.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with individuals of all backgrounds, ages, and stories... From infants to the elderly. Some of my private yoga clients have included small businesses, corporations, law firms, youth centers and gyms.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Go with your instincts! Let go of fear in trying new techniques or practitioners. Look for people you feel comfortable with, but also be open to trying someone new that may gently draw you out of your comfort zone.
