I’ve sold a handful of properties, never staged a single one. This time I wasn’t planning on sitting on the market and fighting with my agent about what’s going on. Jill didn’t just get my place ready, she made it look better than it did when I lived there. I’d buy it if I weren’t selling! All jokes aside, she was phenomenal at handling our entire deal start to finish. She proved to be a knowledgeable agent and everything was smooth. Buyers loved what she did with the place so they didn’t give me a hassle. I’d pay more for easy but I actually paid out less and made more by working with her. She’s got this thing figured out. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically have a short phone call to understand the Seller's concerns and timeline. Sometimes Clients like to send photos or a video. This can help to show me what the space consists of before even meeting at the property. Once I visit the home I follow up with a marketing plan and if all looks good, we sign the listing Agreement, and get started!
