If you're in the process of selling your home, you should without question use Jill. She did an amazing job and transformed our home into an absolute showcase. She brought in her own furniture (which was beautiful), as we had already moved, and set things up in such a way, that we felt foolish that we hadn't thought to put things where she did, as it made so much more sense.She was on time with everything and got our home sold in a very short period of time. We listed the house a little low, thinking that it would see above asking and it did exactly that. It's a great house, but I give a lot of the credit to Jill, as she has such a good eye and sense of style, and everyone loved it.She went above and beyond and was super easy to work with. It's nice when someone quotes you a price and gets everything done on time, on budget and gets the results that you're hoping for. If you're considering having your homestaged, I couldn't recommend anyone more than Jill. She's great!

Jill did an amazing job on staging our property. Before hiring her, I reviewed the pictures on her website and her style clicked with me right away. When we met at the house, she made me instantly at ease - I could tell that she was a professional. She has a very good taste and in addition, she is very pleasant to work with. She was flexible to schedule the date that worked for us, promptly followed on all communications, had contract ready quickly. I did not have to be in the house during staging but she kept me updated sending pictures. House was left clean and looked just perfect. I am looking forward to work with Jill on future projects.
I would highly recommend JC Residential Redesign!

I was hesitant to invest in staging my home that I had going on the market. But I went for it anyway and WOW - Jill did an amazing job - I wanted to stay! She laid it out in a way I never did (where was she when I moved in years ago). We had an offer within weeks and I am sure that the staging not only helped get an offer - but added to the value. Totally paid for the cost. You won't be disappointed! :)

I can not speak highly enough of Jill with JC Residential Redesign. She is a consummate professional with outstanding communication skills! We worked together on a seemingly stale listed home for sale. Her creativity and beauty with redesign and homestaging is sure to save you oodles of missed opportunities and that’s a fact! After just a few showings(once the home was staged) we had a full price offer, the sellers were ecstatic and couldn’t believe it was such an easy solution to their vacant home. Every house is different. Together we determine the following:
• which areas and rooms are to be staged
• level & style of furnishings
• how much furnishings required
• lengths of time for Staging
I will prepare and promptly send you a quote outlining all pricing and services.
Note: JC REDESIGN, CO. owns all inventory, which is regularly replenished to maintain a high standard of quality, and do not use any 2nd hand or 3rd party rental companies.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attained my education for Home Staging and Redesign with CSP- Certified Staging Professionals, training with instructor Nairn Freeman of Manhattan NY, a premier Stager of HGTV and Oprah Winfrey. I continued my training in Florida with Christine Rae, founder of CSP.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Years of Real Estate experience has not only afforded me a wealth of insight in understating a Buyer's eye, but also helps me stay up to date with trends and market information that can play a role in a Buyer's decision to purchase.
