My name is Erica Walters and I am a life coach who specializes in helping others find their purpose. I was a college athlete who spent my entire life dedicated to sports and performance, and then when that dream was over I found myself lost, without a purpose. I struggled in all areas of my life after that and felt no true joy in activities anymore. Through going through my own healing, and becoming certified in a holistic healing technique I began to see patterns of behavior people fall into when they are living without a why, a purpose. The Emergence Process I am also a certified practitioner in the Emergence Process(a holistic mind-body healing modality that helps to balance the subconscious, energetic, and emotional layers of the human system. This restorative technique helps to upgrade destructive patterns in your subconscious using a somatic, integrative approach. This technique is non invasive and safe for all ages). I incorporate my energetic healing technique in with my coaching.
