I enjoy working with Tal Daniel and Maxima. Tal is very efficient, professional and has a great work ethic. In some aspects the company is more affordable than other companies (on certain tasks) and in other aspects/projects they can be more expensive, however they will work with your budget, be flexible and assist you with all of your needs. I enjoy having them as our property management company and we look forward to working with them for years to come.

I used Knight Residentialand Installation to conduct a total renovation of my guest bathroom. I received an exellent quote for the job and the work was completed in 5 days. Miss. Morales is an outstanding property manager with her at the helm of my the 6 multiple units that I own 4 in Broward county 1 in Palm Beach county and the most difficult one in Miami Dade County which is located in Midtown. Well to be more specific it was a difficult property before Silvia started managing it for me.
