I am very happy to be able to recommend Jack and his company master Odor removal. I bought a beautiful dining room set but it sat for a number of years in a house with heavy cigarette smoke. I was very leery about the possibility of removingthe smell from the furniture. Since this company stated that it was pet friendly, I called Jack and explained my dilemma. He came out that same evening made a plan and took care of the furniture. He explained everything to me and told me if I wasn’t happy he would return until the smell was gone. The smell was gone and the furniture is beautiful. He even came out six days later to make sure that everything was okay and to make sure I was happy with his services. I could not be happier and hope if you have a problem with cigarette smoke or any type of Odor you will contact Jack. He was pleasant, punctual and very professional. He takes pride in his work.
