Introduction: Hi.
I'm Dave Inch master trainer. I am 63 years young and have been personal training since 1980. I am a master trainer on thumbtack. I have been training my clients in the downtown West Palm Beach area for the last 12 years. I am highly educated and still keep up on current research in relation to exercise science. My knowledge and experience is far greater than most personal trainers. My fee is $40 for a one hour session. Have a friend train with you and it's only $60 for the hour, $30 each! Best trainer at the best price in Palm Beach. Dave is always on time, friendly, and full of knowledge. He'll push you as hard as you want to go. Working out with him 2x a week helped me change my physique and also overcome high blood pressure, heartburn and a variety of other issues. He won't just work you, he'll also teach you about various exercises, fitness regiments as well as diet.

Dave is THE BEST trainer I’ve ever met. He’s so knowledgeable about the human body, about what works and what doesn’t. He’s so instrumental to you achieving your physical goals. If you want a REAL change and are ready to put in the work in AND out the gym he’s the one you should start your journey with. You will never have an issue with him not showing up or showing up late. He’s very responsible and I would recommend him to ANYONE.

I had the pleasure of training with Dave for several months while I was staying in West Palm. Dave is extremely knowledgeable about training, nutrition and fitness. Combined with his knowledge, he is also punctual and reliable. I don't often give reviews but had to take the time to recommend Dave as he provides such a high quality service at reasonable prices. I have had so many trainers over the years, and for one reason or another I have dropped them. Dave is by far the best trainer and knows his stuff. I have been training with Dave for a long time so I can highly recommend him.
