TXT Home Services is the best of the best and I highly recommend him for your ventcleaning needs. He was punctual, extremely professional and reasonably priced. Moreover, he actually reduced the cost from his estimate based on the work he had to do. Finally, he is very honest. I paid him in cash and accidentally overpaid when I gave him the cash. When he realized that he rang my doorbell to let return what I overpaid him! That says it all about him!!

Wow what an amazing experience. Very informative professional and detailed. Squeezed me in for a last minute appointment and got everything taken care of for me and then some . Cleaned out the vent, dryer and underneath. Also corrected the flow of the vent . Highly recommend and will be using for all vent needs . Thank you

Awesome service, we were told by another company our vents were clean over a year ago... Based on the pics that wasn't the case. Fast response and a fair price!

Michael came out to service the dryer duct of our new home, which vents out on the roof. He was extremely responsive and did extremely thorough work (didn't even charge extra for roof ventcleaning), and showed me the before / after photos of the job. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is 129 per dryer vent cleaning. We do offer senior and military discounts. We also encourage customers to refer us and they will receive a 20 dollar discount on future cleanings or a gift card of there choice.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you call in to our office you will be answered by one of our awesome CSRs. Once they gather your information they will then ask what specific day and time you are looking for. Once we determine the best availability for both parties you will receive a notification about your booking. On the day of the service a technician will arrive in a marked van, greet you with a smile and present what he will be doing today. If you do not receive 5 star service from our technician, please call us and we will make it right.
