I just recently had my quince and I was so happy when I walked through those doors and saw how beautiful the decorations were! It perfectly captured the theme I was going for: tropical. Everyone was super hyped and impressed with the decorations, and it added to the overall feel of the party! Thank you so much for making the night feel so magical for me!

She did not show up to my wedding! She NO-SHOWED! I felt like she was going to because leading up, there was barely any communication. I was so worried about trying to discuss how we wanted our florals set up and to go over the plan for the day but instead of calling or answering my questions, she kept pushing me me to pay the FULL amount BEFORE the event! This sounded so sketchy especially since she would not go over any of our plans. She kept reassuring me she would be there and lo and behold she did not showup. I had to decorate my entire reception the day of my wedding in a giant ballgown. I received a very short apology with little to no explanation saying that I would receive my money the first week of December. I tried to be empathetic because I am a therapist and know people go through things but now her email no longer works and she has not issued my refund YET. At this point police will have to get involved. I wish thumbtack would ensure the type of "pros" they post on this site.

We offer a variety of services and options to fit every budget. From grab n' go balloon garlands to personalized design and installation of decor, we got you covered :)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial contact, a estimate or starting price will be provided. From there, we will work with the customer to make sure you get the best decor options to fit your budget. A deposit is required to secure a date for the service, and the remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years experience in the hospitality business in New York City, and 12 years experience as a mom making birthday parties all my kids wished for!
