- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on home size, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, level of build-up, and any add-ons. I’ll confirm an exact quote after a few questions (or photos). Supplies and equipment are included. Add-ons (inside fridge/oven, inside cabinets, windows, laundry) are priced separately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask a few quick questions about your home (beds/baths, square footage, pets, and priorities). Then I provide a quote and confirm what’s included; I may also request photos to ensure an accurate estimate. On cleaning day, you’ll receive a text when your cleaner is on the way. After the clean, we’ll do a quick walkthrough with you (if you’re home) to make sure everything meets your expectations and address any final notes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’ve been professionally cleaning and servicing homes for 7+ years. Our team is trained on efficient, detail-oriented cleaning methods, safe product use, and consistent quality standards.
