- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are different than most companies. We don't provide boxed in service where we have to charge extra for an appliance or for a sliding glass door. We don't have time restrictions. When our techs arrive they are really going to clean your home or business. We have great specials for the Central Florida area. Services as low as $90. Most of our clients ends up signing up for recurring services. We have no contracts, no cancellation or rescheduling fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will gather your information to set up your account. Once we book your appointment you will receive a confirmation text message and email. The day before the service you will receive a reminder email and text message. The email will also contain the name of cleaning tech as well as her/his picture.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our hiring process is one of the most extensive in the industry. Candidates are gathered from staffing sites. They go through a video interview. Once we agree that the candidate is a fit ad background check came back clear, we then schedule a face to face interview as well as a training and evaluation of cleaning skills. Once all that is done the cleaner will shadow one of our most experienced cleaning techs for a couple of days until we feel confident she or he can be on their own.
