Bryan is quick to communicate to try to be the first to the punch when it comes to thumbtack. Easy to talk to and honest if project is delayed for any reason. I used him twice to landscape around my pool (once to plant bushes and another to lay mulch and place liner). The first go around was solid and felt fair. The second however, I was up-charged as I asked for a weed block liner under the mulch. I obliged and felt it was a fair ask. Unfortunately, Bryan did not uphold his end of the deal and placed about 8’ of liner for a 90’ plus job. I reached out to him to let him know and his is not responding at all. As a new homeowner, looking for somebody for the long run, it appears this company is short sited and willing to do a half ass job for an extra dollar. Be hesitant when working with this team.
