- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have fixed rates and occasionally I offer discounts and bundle packages with my backdrops such as arches etc. I provide everything from table linens, chair covers, balloons, florals, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is a phone consult, venue walkthrough, design concept. I send an invoice of my estimated quote, once we agree on everything, I send the contract, final invoice, and lock in my customers date. I plan and execute the vision and keep them updated every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. I have also taken many balloon, florals, and color scheme concept courses.
