Charity Woods is a straight up carpet repair wizard. Our dog had torn up the berber type carpet which is not easy to repair. Charity replaced the area with a piece from a closet and it looks like it never happened. In addition, communication and scheduling was easy and very professional.

Carlos was very responsive and flexible in scheduling a time to come to do my repair. When he arrived and took a look at my carpet, we realized that my stretching repair was a bit more complicated than we both realized. However, Carlos gave me a very fair price to complete the repair, and I agreed to it. After fixing my carpet, Carlos also gave me a very fair price to clean my carpets since he was already there. Carlos was very fast, professional, and thorough, and I would highly recommend him to others.
