The Services Offered are: HOME STAGING **Home Staging Consult w/Detailed Report Approximately two hours. The Walk & Talk is the most popular and includes an in-home consultation with the Top Rated certified home stage owner of Anew Home. She will assess your home from the curb appeal to each room using an 8 step process. You will have a detailed and comprehensive report after the consultation. Usually around $220 depending on size of home Moving? We stage homes with the current trends for getting noticed and sold fast. Vacant home staging starts around $450-$600 per room for first month. Only a fraction of the cost for subsequent months (if needed). Looking for vacant home staging, or adding just those few key pieces? We design with the trends to make your home stand out. **Furniture and Accessories Rentals We can work with the items that you already own, and with your budget to transform your home into one buyers will love. **DESIGN-DECORATING SERVICES Just looking to just get new ideas for your current home? We will assist you to arrange your current furniture and accessories, and make suggestions for what you can add to bring about the full potential and love your home. Space, balance, focal points and color are all part of our expertise We can use our trade discounts to shop for any key new pieces The redesign process begins with a consultation and you will receive a customized Client Action Plan that details how to achieve a fresh new look using the items you already own. The plan will include suggested new items Be a client and have access to all of our trade discounts! Certified Color consultant who offers in home consultations for picking the right colors for paint and hard surfaces. Design consultations start at $125

We start with a phone call prior to setting up an in house consultation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certification from the first RESA accredited Home Staging Training company - Home Staging Resources. Also a member of RESA. A Consultative and Customized Approach As the owner, and lead designer for Anew Home Staging and Design, the passion was always there for me to design and rearrange rooms since I was a young girl. I started college with a year of Interior Design courses, and obtained a Bachelors in Business and an MBA. After years in Account Managemeant and Sales, I was introduced to the Staging industry. I then expanded on my Design education and became HSR certified and a member of the American Society of Home Stagers and Redesigners. My passion is seeing new spaces, analyzing all of the design features and thinking how nice the room looks. And how I would enjoy moving things around to see it in a different way! My clients interests are number one to me. I enjoy consulting about each unique home, and customizing a design to bring out the best.
