- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We get it...we know our clients want both high-quality work AND competitive pricing. We are committed to providing the best VALUE for each of our clients on each of our projects. Because we work with both home owners, investors and property management companies, we have a consistent and steady business and can keep our vendors and sub-contractors busy. Having reliable and quality staff and sub-contractors allows us to maintain the best of the best on our team and deliver competitive pricing because our vendors rely on us for a substantial portion of their business. We don't charge for estimates and will work hard to provide you with the most competitive pricing for your project...each and every time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening...some clients have a very clear idea of what they want and others don't. We want to understand what a client wants and then we can provide a solution that works. Most often we start with a phone call. We will meet you at your project location and provide a free, no-obligation estimate. We will work with your schedule, offer financing options and make sure you are fully and regularly communicated with throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff brings a variety of experience and training to our work. Much of our project managers' expertise comes from actually working in the industry. Having worked with or overseen renovation and remodeling projects for institutions such as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, we have vast experience in the industry. As a General Contractor licensee, we have completed the training and obtained the level of trust with the State of Georgia necessary to successfully complete our projects professionally.
