- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sadly our pricing system is complicated because, for the most part, our clients don't know what they really want or need. I would LOOOOVVVVVEEEE to just do a single price quote, but we've been so burnt by that - and if we have committed to a price and product you will get it and we'll suck it up - This is our Guarantee. So our published rates are by the hour, by the equipment, by the manpower: BUT - if you come and talk to us - and we can determine your understanding and readiness, we'll sign off on a fixed price. In any event the published price is the MAXIMUM. Try us.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
1. Music Videos - Studio and Live concerts (1000's done). 2. PSA Commercials, infomercials (100's Done) 3. Conferences / Church Services / Teaching Products. (56 done) 4. Occasionally Weddings - (We're great at it, but it is expensive and labor intensive - we can't easily discount it) (27 Done) 5. Taped and edited a stage play (over 5 days) - produced that and a behind the scenes Documentary about the production (over 6 months) 6. Various Nature type shoots for specialty groups (Audubon, Cat Rescue, etc) (9 done) 7. Anything goes - can't think of anything we can't do if challenged.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Have a look at previous work, but this is a creative field so new and innovative things are possible to accomplish.
