Excellent service! I needed the screen replaced on my laptop. I talked to Chuck on the phone and he told me to bring it in anytime - no appointment needed and that he had the part in stock. I brought the computer to him this week - dropped it off and he called an hour later and had it fixed. He quoted me a price on the phone and the final price came in slight under that. And the repair was perfect. Chuck is very nice and I will definitely use him again if the need arises.

Our family had trouble with all three laptops. Chuck and his team were instrumental in solving all problems which consisted of finding and eliminating several viruses.
He took his time which I know is limited and explained what happened to each laptop.
I would recommend Chuck and his company to solve your computer problems and keep them fixed. He does a very good job.
