I was in a pinch. These guys came within 24 hours and had me back up and running with new water heater. Beautiful clean installation!
The job was done to perfection. Bill and Trish were very pleasant and totally professional. When I redo kitchen floor they will do the installation and would/will recommend them to family and friends looking for quality work and quality people to work with.
My rating is "VERY GOOD". Does this fall between good & outstanding? Old tub, toilet, vinyl surround, & ceramic tile surround were pulled out of my very small bathroom. They installed new plumbing, backerboard & the an air jet tub. Not realizing that they are more difficult, I chose small tiles. Gary did a great job installing the tile. Job was held up while we found condo bldg. water shut off. Some unexpected problems occurred, which is expected in any remodel job. I will rate some parts of this job as "good," as some faucet parts were lost & faucet had to go out & pick out & buy a new faucet. As far as what could have been done better - closer supervision of a worker with some personal problems, but the overall RESPONSE to the problems was EXCELLENT. Mr. Wilkins stayed in touch throughout the job. Gary worked very late to get all the tile in, grouted, & cleaned. The whole job took one week. I am very happy with the results.
Nick was punctual and professional (he actually arrived early). He removed old faucet and installed our new high-end kitchen faucet within 30 minutes. I appreciated that he was a licensed plumber and still charged less than the average handy man. Very pleased with his work.
Douglas is great!!! I have already hired him to install my deck and other projects at my new home. He's a great find!!! Just hope he's not to busy to come and complete my projects. Lol.
Thomas was affordable, quick and professional. He installed our new kitchen faucet and even helped us with our new shower head without charging us. Definitely will contact him next time for any home services.
Mr. Baynes has been a contractor for me for numerous projects in my home. The scope and nature of the project work included entire interior and exterior painting of a 6800 sq. ft. home, deck restoration and painting, siding replacement, new construction of sunroom, power washing of house exterior and driveways, new appliance installations, wall and ceiling replacement after major water damage, carpet installation, tile refinishing in the bath area, painting of exterior rod iron fence and gates and widow re-sealing and re-glazing. While home improvement projects are inherently stressful for almost any homeowner, Mr. Baynes’s services as a contractor were invaluable, and I have been extremely pleased with the final result. Specifically, I would give Mr. Baynes top marks in the following areas: 1. Quality of work performed. The quality of work done was consistently. Mr. Baynes was knowledgeable, skilled, and competent in his respective trades. He was conscientious about all of the project specifications, and his work product rarely needed improvement or revision. 2. Quality of work. Mr. Baynes was professional, reliable, courteous, and respectful of my property and privacy. He had an old school work ethic (often 10-hour days, some Saturdays), good work habits, strong safety orientation, and emphasized getting the job done right rather than doing it fast. His pride in his work was evident. He tidied up at the end of each workday. I also found him to be trustworthy, and felt comfortable with allowing him access inside my home. 3. Project management and coordination. Mr. Baynes’s prior experience working in construction really paid off. He was knowledgeable about all aspects of my projects, and was able to plan, coordinate and manage the activities, effectively. 4. Integrity and professionalism. Throughout the projects, I was impressed with Mr. Baynes’s commitment to generating a top quality product, rather than maximizing his profit margin. 5. Effective communication. Mr. Baynes kept me closely informed of work schedules, delivery dates, and projected completion dates of different phases of the projects. His communication was always clear, informative, and helpful. 6. Flexibility and effectiveness in dealing with unexpected developments. When unforeseen problems surfaced (e.g., water damage behind a wall; he worked diligently with me to identify solutions that was acceptable to me. 7. Responsiveness to my needs and concerns. Mr. Baynes’s commitment to my satisfaction was evident in his actions. 8. Truth in advertising. In his proposal, Mr. Baynes gave a clear breakdown of costs for each facet of the projects. His contract was just as detailed in describing the work to be done and the itemized costs. When the project was completed, all the work was done as described and agreed upon, and there were no hidden costs, extra expenses or unpleasant surprises. As a homeowner and customer, I felt Ms. Baynes delivered exactly what he had promised, at the agreed upon price.
Michael did a great job installing a new kitchen sink for me. He was prompt, friendly and professional for a very reasonable cost. I was even able to do some additional repairs that were needed without spending a fortune. I definitely look forward to using him again.
Remodeled a bathroom with new tub, marble shower surround and marble floor. Good work.
Installed sink, outdoor faucet and all plumbing necessary so I could have water in my pottery studio. Excellent work and terrific service/communication. Thanks!!
Had a plumbing issue that completely baffeled me so I called Derek at Legacy Property Solutions. Appointment time was convenient and the technician showed up right on time. The issue was initially thought to be a weak relief valve and Derek changed it out in a very short amount of time. The next day I noticed the plumbing issue remained and again called Derek at Legacy Property Solutions and again they were able to see me the following day, this time on a weekend, and again right on time. Derek pressure tested every valve, functionally tested every faucet and shower as the issue that had baffled me was now baffling him. After all of the inspection and testing and no cause for the issue Derek removed the surge dampener/expansion valve near the hot water heater. The root cause of the plumbing issue was a pin hole in the diaphragm inside the dampener/expansion valve. An unusual unlikely cause that after Derek explained to me made perfect sense. The part was changed out quickly and the plumbing isuue is resolved. Did this company meet my expectations, no.... They exceeded them in every way. Thanks gyys
The owner, Vincent, personally came out to my home. His quote was the best of all the quotes. I typically take the middle quote, but I researched Vincent's company, found great reviews, positive social media, and I was at my budget on home renovations. Vincent was able to make it out the same day and installed two new toilets. He took the time to educate me on the flanges and wax seals. Vincent showed me how the new flooring was not flush with the flange, so the toilets were not reinstalled properly and that was part of the cause of the unpleasant odor I was experiencing. He even went the extra mile and checked the toilet in my half bath downstairs as well. We discovered that there was no wax ring at all!! Yet, I had personally bought one and handed it to my floor guy. It was already late in the day, so Vincent made it a priority to come back the next day and rebuild my flange, install a new wax ring, and put new parts on the inside of that toilet. At still a very, very fair price. Vincent was kind, funny, and respectful of my new home. Five Starts for sure! I feel like I was able to dodge some major future leaks because of Vincent.
Safe and Affordable Handyman was the best. they repaired fence inside repairs, the deck, electrical plugs etc. we were impressed with the communication, professionalism. Mr Joseph called everyday with update and progress of the work. He was very fair and friendly. Nothing could have been better. We are in California and needed someone we could trust. We feel that we can trust Safe and affordable and will be using them again soon. Thank you. from Dorris and Steve Hutcherson
JLewis Construction came out and performed the projects we needed timely and professionally. They completed the design work on our home addition and then they got all the permits, the master bedroom bathroom remodel came out fantastic. We couldn't have been happier with thier work.
Nick came yesterday to do an estimate for sink and faucet installation in my basement, including water lines and drenaje. He was very professional and the price was reasonable. An apointment was made for today at 8:00 AM. He showed up exactly at 8:00 and performed a wonderful job. I'm really satisfied with his work!
Kelly and her team were great! I hired them to fix some minor plumbing issues and install a ceiling fan. They were on time, completed the work quickly, and made sure I was satisfied with the outcome. Their prices were also extremely competitive!
We had a load bearing wall removed and dry wall installation. Bud was very responsive and very easy to deal with.
We did a full bathroom remodel that included new walls, new subflooring, tub, shower, tiling, cabinets, sink, toilet, faucets, wall mounted cabinet, lights, fan and full painting. I set it up well in advance so that it would fit inside 2 weeks when I was home by myself and my wife and kids were out of the country. We did most of the design and material selection work on the up front and then I got the supervisory duties all by myself. That allowed my project manager Phillip the freedom to schedule some of the work to be done late in the evening when needed to stay on schedule. We even had work done on two consecutive Saturdays. The demolition went fast and without any major issues. The guys cleaned up after themselves fairly well, so dust and dirt never really accumulated. I was in communication with Phillip a lot and that was helpful to me in order to know what and when was going on. The next stages were to set the walls and sub flooring, get all the plumbing reset and updated where needed, followed by the bath tub, cabinets, tiling, painting, plumbing fixtures installation, electrician work and some final touches. In short, we got all the work in the bathroom done ahead of the original schedule when we signed on with Lonny Kole. I was able to get a house cleaning service on the Saturday before my wife and the kids came home. All that was left to be finished was some drywall repair and paining in a laundry room that is directly under the bathroom. That got done the following week in two separate days. We had much easier access to that ground-level room from the outside, so it was not as disruptive as I originally thought it might be. All in all - things went well and we are enjoying our new bathroom and the improvements in the laundry room. Oh, and as side projects, Lonny's plumber changed out my leaky kitchen garbage disposal and completely rebuilt a leaky faucet and under-sink plumbing in another bathroom! Hope this review helps.
