- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although I do try to offer fixed pricing, especially IT Security work is not predictable and the cost can easily rapidly increase. In cases like those I agree on an upper limit or do not charge after an agreed amount of time. The most important thing is getting the user back in the game and satisfied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is no typical process. Each user is unique and each service is tailored. One user might just need a small help to get over an obstacle, while another is in need of training while there is nothing really wrong with the computer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have undergone several Microsoft Operation System deployment and monitoring trainings and am Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist for Operation System Deployment, Configuration and Monitoring. I had several Workshops with Cisko, did several courses with the Microsoft Virtual Academy, VM Ware and did several Certified Ethical Hacker trainings. Additionally I am active member of the Open Web Application Security Platform OWASP.
