Introduction: For the past 15 years I have devoted myself to some of the best restaurants in the Southeast. Kimball House, Georgia Boy, and Staplehouse to name a few. As a young sous chef, working alongside JBF awarded chefs has gave me a keen attention to detail, and a strong sense of professionalism. My food typically focuses on locally sourced ingredients prepared in ways that retain their integrity and allow even the simplest fare to shine. I can be refined or rustic. So whether it smoked meats and beans or caviar and crudo... I work clean, controlled, and bring a positive attitude to the room every time. As Chef Ferran Adrià once put it, ”we are in the industry of pleasure,” so my guests' fulfillment is my number one priority.

Clifton catered my wedding reception for over 150 people single handedly and the food was not only delicious, but the whole experience went very smoothly. He made a delicious meal with options for vegetarians and vegans as well. Clifton is very easy to work with and was considerate of our budget and expectations and we couldn’t have been happier with the result. Our guests still rave about that meal to this day. I could not recommend him more!

My fiancé and I hired Clifton to prepare dinner for our anniversary and we were just blown away by him. We gave him carte blanche to choose what to prepare and his menu was fantastic. We started with oysters in the beginning (they had beautiful little flowers set in a mignonette gel), then had a very creative and delicious take on tamales. The main coarse was a beautifully cooked piece of beef with crisp Korean sweet potato and foraged mushrooms. We had a cheese coarse and a perfectly sweet dessert to finish it on the perfect bite. It ended up being one of my most memorable meals, and I will be finding as many ways to eat Clifton's preparations as I can in the future!
