Alisa was a great help in providing design ideas for our family room & game room area. She picked complimentary colors for the walls, a dark chocolate for the furniture, as well as painting the brick fireplace a light cream color, to match the floorboards & trim. She has an excellent eye, and we were really pleased with the results. We've had a lot of compliments on both living areas.
We had flooding in our finished basement and everything had to be re-done. We hired Maria Clara over thumbtack and this was the best decision in our entire reno journey. Maria went above and beyond - she not only helped us out with magnificent design but also helped out with finding the right resources at the right price while also managing the project which was beyond our expectations. She beams passion about what she does and we highly recommend her for any sort of design work.
Jimmie designed a home for my mother and father, for their retirement years. He did an excellent job of taking what they wanted their house to be and putting it on paper for them. He didn't just design them a house but a home that they have been happy to live in. I have known Jimmie for most of my life and know he will complete what he says he will do.
I have a one story ranch with an unfinished basement that's about 2,100 sqft. TC3 listened to what I wanted and transformed my ranch into a two story Mediterranean style home with a finished basement. TC3 added approximately 2,000 sqft of living space. We are ready to submit our plans to the city for permitting. Very thorough in their approach. Awesome design!
Our experience with CamCourt Homes was truly exceptional. From our first meeting to begin creating floorplans and throughout the entire construction process, Ricky was fully engaged with us. His personal commitment to designing and building a house unique to the needs of our family is what makes it so much more than just a house - it is our home.
Mr. Trimble was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about what I wanted. He was quick with the plans, clear with the drawings and did not complain when I made many changes. I would not hesitate to recommend him, or call him again in the future.
I don't know what the other lady is talking about. When i got my drawings they where very well done. I had no problems from any of the professionals i should them to. Great job keep up the good work.
Very pleasant! He will be working alongside of me in designing an executive office building, I'm looking forward to it.
We did a full bathroom remodel that included new walls, new subflooring, tub, shower, tiling, cabinets, sink, toilet, faucets, wall mounted cabinet, lights, fan and full painting. I set it up well in advance so that it would fit inside 2 weeks when I was home by myself and my wife and kids were out of the country. We did most of the design and material selection work on the up front and then I got the supervisory duties all by myself. That allowed my project manager Phillip the freedom to schedule some of the work to be done late in the evening when needed to stay on schedule. We even had work done on two consecutive Saturdays. The demolition went fast and without any major issues. The guys cleaned up after themselves fairly well, so dust and dirt never really accumulated. I was in communication with Phillip a lot and that was helpful to me in order to know what and when was going on. The next stages were to set the walls and sub flooring, get all the plumbing reset and updated where needed, followed by the bath tub, cabinets, tiling, painting, plumbing fixtures installation, electrician work and some final touches. In short, we got all the work in the bathroom done ahead of the original schedule when we signed on with Lonny Kole. I was able to get a house cleaning service on the Saturday before my wife and the kids came home. All that was left to be finished was some drywall repair and paining in a laundry room that is directly under the bathroom. That got done the following week in two separate days. We had much easier access to that ground-level room from the outside, so it was not as disruptive as I originally thought it might be. All in all - things went well and we are enjoying our new bathroom and the improvements in the laundry room. Oh, and as side projects, Lonny's plumber changed out my leaky kitchen garbage disposal and completely rebuilt a leaky faucet and under-sink plumbing in another bathroom! Hope this review helps. Tariq is extremely knowledgeable about architecture, design and construction. He was able to quickly access my space and offer some ideas I had never thought about. The design is complete and now we are very happy with our new living room and kitchen. I would definitely hire him again. He made dealing with the county so easy and brought ideas for the rest of the house. We will definitely hire him when we do those renovations.
I had the extreme pleasure of finding George Taylor and to work with him on a home remodel project. He was thorough with his proposal and addressed each of my concerns. He brought ideas which in my world were brilliant suggestions as solutions to existing problems. George is conscientious, on time, and reasonable. A man of his word. It was an all around outstanding experience and as everyone well knows, that can be a rare commodity.
We are built on the traditions of yesterday. Americans that built this country had the skills to do what was needed to survive and progress. They used only what was at hand and essential, yet, in such a way that it would not have to be redone for.a long time and reap more than it costs. They didn't fear failure because they put themselves into their visions no matter what obstacles interfered. The land taught them, it culled the weak and lazy but gave bounty to those deserving it's comforts. Our mentors cared enough to instill those standards in us and shared the knowledge to deliver craftsmanship and character of the highest degrees. Even in today's environment in the US, it is easy to rise above and succeed. We protect our reputation by protecting our customers dollars.
