Susan C. says, "Today my vehicle experienced a quick disconnect on the way to one of my senior living customers home. It was very embarrassing because their driveway was the only safe place to park at the time. I pulled into the parking lot and called my customer to let them know what was going on with my promptness. That we may have to postpone for a later time today. They were very understanding and sent maintenance outside to assist me until I found a towing company. I started to panic a little but then I remembered I stored away One Shot Towing business card for a rainy day. Welp. Looks like a rainy one to me. Lol I dialed their contact immediately! Mr. Deandre answered and asked about my experiencing, location, and gave me an affordable price. Within 20mins tops One Shot Towing arrived to my rescue. He hopped out his tow truck. Greeted me with a smile of kindness. Asked for my keys and offered me seat in the AC of his truck due to the drenching hot weather. Of course, I said no thank you because I want to witness my vehicle being in great care. Lol He hooked my baby up to the bed of his tow truck with ease and care faster than I can blink my eyes. Hahaha I was impressed!!! All hooked up. We jumped into his tow truck and headed to the drop off destination. We arrived safely. He placed my vehicle perfectly into the driveway of my home. We settled the fee agreement with appreciations and thank you’s. Which in this case. Brief, Professionalism, and Customer satisfaction are my go tools. In which he showed all three qualities. One Shot Towing drove off heading to his next customer pickup with gratitude. I jumped into my spare vehicle and headed back to my senior pickup. Feeling GREATFUL that we can continue making a living for ourselves. And. That I didn’t toss that card away or in a place where I couldn’t find it. Made this transition Smoove ok. Lol I would Definitely Recommend this company to anyone for their towing needs. Thank you One Shot Towing for making my experience a Safe, Affordable, and Memorable one."See more
