I hired Tia for a balloon arch for an engagement party and her work was fabulous! She is incredibly responsive, professional, and her work speaks for itself! She arrived on time and her attention to detail cannot be underscored. Lastly, her flexibility in pricing really sets her apart from others allowing for a fully customized quote and approach.
