The typical process for when working with a new customer is first and foremost to build a strong connection, understanding and confidence. VHCarpet wants the customer to feel 100% sure that they called the right professional for the job and to get it done!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
VHCarpet only hires the best and work together with the best we are all ex installers or project managers with years of experience. Our installers are all trained by VHCarpet certified and or licensed installers in their field of work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
VHCarpet is a family owned company that have been around flooring our whole lives. I started out in flooring when i was 10 years old helping out my father and uncles watching them deal with people from all around the world. Learning from nothing less than the best. In all areas of this work especially customer satisfaction!
