- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You certainly get the bang for your buck! We detail out each food item, itemize the costs of each item, the number of items etc. Our pricing is always less than that of competing restaurants, yet we use higher quality materials, so you get definitely what you pay for!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well, at Bites By Eydt we like to actually get to know our customers so we can tailor the entire experience towards their desires and needs. Richard, or another staffer, will iniate a conversation usually over the phone (zoom works as well!) where the details will be discussed. After, we will collaborate to create a menu, or if you want to leave it up to us, that works too! We are pretty flexible and can make whatever you need happen! Talk to them, ask questions about their party and offer a free tasting menu.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Richard Eydt attended the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration and worked in top restaurants in both New York and Los Angeles! The Bites By Eydt staff are all trained in their respective capacities whether it be bartending, cooking, or serving, everyone has their own expertise! Our teams variety of capabilities and experience helps us stand out from our competitors!
