Vince was great to work with setting up the menu for our event and the food was wonderful. They came early, had everything ready to go and the Chef he sent even had no problem staying late so we could invite the fireman from the fire house up the street to come down and finish off the rest of the GREAT food. Everyone raved about the food although I don’t think very much work got done after lunch, people were full. I highly recommend Gotta Have it catering. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our staff features many employees with hospitality & culinary degrees from top institutions such as Johnson & Wales & The Culinary Institute of America.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?Collectively, we have spent more than 150 years in off-premise catering, culinary arts, & hotels. Our founder, Vincent Marra, began working in his family's catering operation at 8 years of age.
