I was somewhat disappointed in the presentation and quality of the food. The taste of the food was not what I thought would be from a professional caterer.

I need to respond to this..This Customer initially wanted a catering for 500 people, after they didnt RSVP she changed the catering request amount to 250...I prepared food for 250, 500 showed up...of course we ran out of food!! She was ranting about me making her the laughing stock of her company but shes the one that cut back in order to make money for herself to pocket. She put the her comment on here to sabotage me I'm still going strong..My work speaks for itself

Initially I hired this person to cater for 200 people and she said the charge would be $4000, Three weeks before the event I informed her that it would be change in head count to 75. She said she couldn’t cater to less than 125 and the cost would be $2500. She had already got deposit of $2000 and I paid the remainder before the day of the event. I asked for staff to serve, it was just her and her child. I ask not to have clear plates, red paper plates and the worst part is she gave out of food. In all the events I have had, this has never happen. She did not spend over $600 worth of food. My guest didn’t like the food, it was nothing like the picture I presented her with and the cupcakes were something a child would make, not right for the occasion. I had to order ribs to feed the rest of my guest which weren’t even 75. My guest were disappointed with the quality of food and service . I try and support my people but they take advantage of the situation and most of all don’t deliver. I hired this person against my better judgement and sure enough her service did not meet my expectation. I
