Gwen catered my wife’s surprise birthday party and made all of her favorite foods. They did an excellent job and we had 25 people at the party and everyone gave the food 10/10. I will definitely use her again for other events when I need the food catered.

Gwen and her team were superb! They were organized, efficient and professional. The weather during our event was terrible and they tolerated less than ideal conditions outside in flimsy tents and blowing rain with good humor and patience. The food was outstanding and the service was excellent. I will hire them again!! KJ

I was put into a bind with the caterer my fiancé got when he quoted us way more than we thought. Gwen was so willing to help us out and within the few minutes of talking to her she calmed my worries and was ready to make things right. Unfortunately my fiancé didn’t want to change caterers even for a better price so we didn’t end up going with G&W. But I am still giving her 5 stars and this review for how willing and nice she was to work with us when it was such short notice!

I have years of hands on training, also I graduated from Florida Culinary Institute of West Palm Beach. I have my bartender certificate from ABC bartending school of West Palm Beach location. I also manage the kitchen of my church Mt Olive Missionary Baptist of Fort Pierce FL.
