Came in early to set up. Kept the area neat and clean throughout the meal. Cleaned up and had everything back in place when the event ended. The meal prepared was outstanding.

Where do I even begin! I hired Palate Poppin to cater my best friends engagement party & let me just say the guest LOVED them! Literally devoured every single dish! Wow! Ra and Tina are so fabulous people . The food is immaculate! Their ability too make sure everything is done with love , efficiency and hard work is unmatched . They are my official catering partners for any and every event and their so versatile and nice you wouldn’t wanna pass them up !!!

During a get together with some friends, one of them recommended Palate Poppin for an upcoming catering event that I had to coordinate. I wanted to go with a Mexican style cuisine and he recommended chimichangas and mini tacos. To say the food was delicious would be an understatement!! It was a good thing that I decided to place an order for seconds just in case because EVERYONE was helping themselves to it. That’s the reason why I unfortunately can’t post any photos of the food because it was gone within a matter of minutes. if you’re looking for a great quality food at a great price point that would almost feel like a steal I would recommend Palate Poppin.
P.s. i’m also gonna start using him for juice smoothies that he recommended to help with my detox and weight loss

I could give Chef 100 Stars. I have not been satisfied with any dish lately. Every dish the Chef served was satisfying and delicious. It made me wish he was here in the DMV so I could eat from his spot on a daily basis.
His professionalism and the way he cleaned was unmatched by any chef I have previously experienced. He was on task and even announced the meals to us before serving them. He gets a chef's kiss!
