Being in business 15 years has been an exciting and beautiful adventure. Having over 20 years of catering experience has been nothing less than living my best life. I absolutely love cooking and making people happy with my food. My number one goal is to make your events look and taste good without cutting corners while giving you outstanding world class stellar service. Serving clients like the Church of God in Christ National Convocation, having a 3-year letter of agreement with one of the nation's largest chicken proprietors, Krispy Krunchy Chicken, producing several of my own spin-off companies and having my products on the market successfully for the past 5 years have been the most fulfilling highlights of my career. It has been nothing less than a blessing to see my products in the mouth and on the shelves of so many customers in three states running for the last 12 years. To say that being in the food Lab creating magnificent dishes such as my pasta line called Pastabilities, creating authentic Louisiana gumbo in my yummy gumbo line, or serving my outstanding food at a wedding reception that I created, is the greatest thing that I have ever done in my career is an understatement. Nothing makes me happier than to see my customers enjoying their events and feeling it with my personal touch of magnificent food and cocktails from my cocktail company called The Yummy Cocktail company. Watching people enjoy my world famous desserts from my dessert company Heaven in a Jar gourmet desserts is also a major pleasure for me. I started this company doing a favor for my church in 2007, not even knowing that God was actually giving me a company that would sustain me for the next 15 years. What started out as a hobby has turned into a tremendous blessing that has ministered outstanding service to thousands of people in the United States of america.
