Alexis was truly outstanding. I recently had a major surgery; during initial phone conversation, Alexis extended compassion. Informed her I needed someone immediately, in which she was able to accommodate. Upon prompt arrival, she began cleaning home from top to bottom, while she continue to show empathy. I was very impressed with Alexis and will continue to use her biweekly going forward.

My project was an exterior window washing job which went smoothly and amazingly without fuss. Pricing was initially settled on and despite several undetected extra hard-to-erase dirty areas, Alexis tackled them handily and kept to her original quote. This was my first of future household clean-ups that I intend to use her for again. Very attentive and congenial to work with!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing includes a flat rate pricing for commercial and residential projects. For more detailed projects or additional cleaning requests I do charge a bit more. I charge .50 per mile if I have to travel over 25-30 minutes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with new clients is fairly simple. A minor introduction and standard communication about their wants and needs would be the first thing to me. shortly after I would like to ensure that they have laughed at least 3-4 times due to good personality and service. It's a goal here lol.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning almost all my life and have taken multiple waste hazard and disinfectant/sanitization courses over my time.
