As I strive to constantly move forward in my career, I continually improve my level of education by perusing certifications, additional college course-work, and staying abreast of new technology.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always enjoyed taking electronics apart and learning how they work. Fixing them became second nature I guess...
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs I do for my customers are laptop and desktop repair and optimization, smartphone configuration and troubleshooting, printer repair, and wireless network setup and configuration.
