If I could give 50 stars I would. Trevor went above and beyond to help me solve my computer and video concerns. He responded to my request immediately and was on the job within 24 hours. He’s so knowledgeable and compassionate about his work. He has so much experience and many certifications. I recommend him to the highest degree possible. When I was in a crisis, he responded immediately and stayed until the end. My husband and I will never forget how committed he was to our project. He is definitely our new tech and logistical guy.

I called this guy to fix my camera system because they were off line , he came in spent 4 hours on the phone with tech support and they told him how to reset the system and fixed it the system worked for about 5 weeks and same problem again I called the guy so many times so he finally answered my phone and when I told him I have the same problem he said he going to charge me again so no warranty on his work at all I can call the tech support myself and do the same thing myself and save 350.00 I will not use this guy again
