Chad did an amazing job. He got my MacBook Pro back up and running. When I called Chad I had 5GB of free disk space and my computer was barely working. When he finished, I had over 160GB with great performance. I have no hesitation in recommending Chad to my coworkers, friends, and family because I have found a great resource for my future computer problems.
