Massiveworx was quick to respond to my request for help. Even though I didn’t use them… because I was also troubleshooting the recurring problem myself; they were quick to respond, patient and understanding. Communication was professional and pleasant. I didnt end up using them; because the issue resolved on its own last night.. however, I will reach out to them with my next computer/IT/ laptop needs.
