- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are very competitive. I do not charge for travel. The price is for one system or issue. If client wants another system's issue resolved that would be at a discounted price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would always make my customer feel comfortable and that his issue is manageable. I lower their anxiety level. I explain my strategy for resolving their problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive training and am CompTIA Net+ certified for over four years. I am an expert in virus and WiFi issues plus improving the performance of computer systems. I have over twenty years running my computer company.
