Chef Lou was fantastic and I highly recommend. We had a girls weekend, and Chef Lou taught us knife skills and how to cook fajitas with everyone there.

Chef Lou is a teacher along with being a chef. He is engaging and encouraging and will help you learn. I had him teach us baking recipes: macaroons and cream puffs. He gives tips to help you and gets you involved in the cooking. I would encourage anyone who wants to learn a specific technique along with anyone who wants an excellent chef to reach out to Chef Louis! (We also made a French apple tart: best pie crust ever!)
