- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Speak with customer to establish needs 2. Acquire customer legal name, phone number, email address, and preferred contact time 3. Schedule time to see the potential project, confirm requirements, and establish projected start date/time 4. Provide estimate NLT 24 hours 5. Ask customer to approve estimate, send invoice and contract 6. Collect down payment 7. Purchase materials 8. Begin work on project 9. Update customer daily 10. Do final walkthrough with customer 11. Complete project and leave site 12. Send thank you email next day
