FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is always a factor of time and the complexity of the project. Things to consider would be location - outdoors is almost always cheaper - or you could make use of my cheaper, mobile studio for portraits. If your project needs a certain finesse or polish, I am able to coordinate with venues and rental houses to get that perfect location - if you let me know what your idea is, I will do a cost breakdown for you, and we can go from there. I will also work with you on your budget to ensure we get the best photo for the best price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually love to, at a minimum talk on the phone to get a good idea of my clients wants and needs. For more complex projects, I like to meet in person, but it's not totally necessary. First, I like to discuss the logistics, the where, the when the how. Then we can talk the look - go through a few examples and get on the same page. It's also useful to have a good rapport built up so that shoot is all the more comfortable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed the 2 year Associate film program at the Art Institute of Atlanta, and I've worked with a number of media production companies as a photographer and videographer, as well as my on the job experience over the past five years as a photographer.
