- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our initial Pest Flushout is normally $145. Sign up through Thumbtack and receive this initial service for just $79. Our SIGNATURE QUARTERLY PEST CONTROL SERVICE, normally $120 will be $99 per quarter. That’s over $100 in savings! With this service, will will come to your home and treat the inside and outside for insects such as ants, spiders, roaches, centipedes, millipedes, earwigs, silverfish, scorpions, wasps, etc. If a bug problem arises before our next scheduled visit, we will return free of charge to take care of the issue. We will also brush away spider webs on the outside of your home.

Education, education, education. The more my customer knows and understands what I’m doing and why, makes for a more enjoyable client/professional relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As an experienced and professional pest control specialist, Jason Bigham started his own pest control business in October 2007, when he opened Inspectors Pest Control (now Bigham Services). He has more than 17 years of experience in the pest control industry and is a licensed and certified exterminator. He is a veteran of the US Army where he served eight years and received the rank of sergeant and also served on the GA National Guard during the aftermath of 911. We attend training every month. We must maintain our licenses with 25 continuing education credit hours per license.
