- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a life-long learner. Right now, I am working on multiple corporate wellness certifications through the Wellness Councils of America (WELCOA). Also, the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) requires recertification courses for certified trainers.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Wellness is not a quick fix. The process take time. So you want to to focus on maintaining a long-term business relationship.
